hello… thank you for your comments, but the data sheet does not indicate the use of diodes, not even in the evaluation document.

Hi,

Assuming you have something connected to Out+ and Out-, you should either add a PWM to pin #2 or add a pull-up to +3.3V

yes, the power supply was made with 12V… I connected a series 3 leds of 3V 0.7A to the output and entered with 2.5V PWM on pin 2… I cannot measure the PWM frequency, but it is being generated by a basic circuit with 555…
