I would like to drive a status LED with 5 mA to indicate the PGOOD status. The datasheet does not list a maximum current specification for the PGOOD pin. Could it support the 5mA LED drive current?

Hello Jamie, We havent characterized the sink capability of PGOOd on this particular device. Typically, it is driving a high-z impedance in practice. Looking at other devices, I see absmax of sink current being 5-10mA. You might want to consider only using PGOOD to drive BiPolor or MOS gate and keep to a couple mA max.
