Are there any reverse current protections devices or solutions that can support 150Vin&Vout, 0.5A load?

Hi Noriyuki,

Are you looking for reverse current protections on +ve rail or -ve rail ?

LM5051 is suitable for reverse current protection on -ve rail and can operate only upto -100V.

I am looking for reverse current protection for positive rail.

Are there anything else?

Hi Noriyuki,

Unfortunately, we do not have reverse current protection devices which can operate at a DC input voltage of 150V.
