TPS3802K33 Junction Temperature

We are performing a thermal analysis in our system and we need to know the maximum junction temperature of the TPS3802K33. The datasheet states the the junction temperature is the same than the ambient temperature. In our system, we need to meet the requirement that the operating junction temperature shall be the 75% of the maximum junction temperature. In this case, if the maximum junction temperature is 85ºC, we can't use this device in a full industrial temperature range environment.
Please, could confirm what is the maximum junction temperature for TPS3802?

    The absolute maximum operating junction temperature is shown in the datahseet as 85C. Since the device only dissipates 59uw of power (18ua x 3.3V), the total junction temperature rise is only 0.02C above ambient. For all practical purposes you can say the junction temperature is equal to the ambient temperature.
