LM5155: App Note SNVA866 contains wrong results

Hello,

I use your application note SNVA866 to design a flyback controller with LM5155/56. It's a very good document but three equations seem to have some minor mistakes. 

1. Equation (21) and (29) respectively 

2. Equation (30)

3. Equation (31)

Can you please correct me if I'am wrong.
