May I ask for help? Our customer have a concern as shown below:

"Is there any pin connection to the metal cover of the CSD19534KCS product? like gate or source ?
I'm designing a motor driver and is it possible to connect all six of them to the same heatsink?

Hello Gerald,

Thanks for promoting TI FETs at your customer. The metal tab and center pin of this TO220 package are electrically connected to the drain of the FET. As such, they must be isolated from the heatsink with an insulating pad and shoulder washers. This device should work fine with drv8302 and drv8353 as they are design to drive MOSFET gates.
