LM25145: Set PGOOD to low when Vin drops 2V

Hi Team, 

My customer is using LM25145 and he wants to set PGOOD to low when Vin drops about 2V from 12V. The Vout is 5V, used to power PMIC. PGOOD pin is connected to "power-on" pin of PMIC, which controls power on/off sequencing of PMIC. 

Customer wants to set PGOOD to low to let PMIC finish power-off sequence while keeping 5V Vout. So UVLO can't be used here. 

Could you advise what IC or solution can customer use to achieve this function? Please let me know the part number if any IC is suitable for this usage.
