For the 3A options, TPS62130, TPS62130A, TPS62130A-Q1 are p2p compatible. If lower current works, TPS62140/TPS62140A and TPS62150/TPS62150A are other options. For latest updates inventory, please contact TI customer support at https://ticsc.service-now.com/csm
