When the current TPS54260 is used on the Renesas RL78 screen, two PCBs of the same project have TPS54260 damage during use. After the investigation, it is confirmed that the PWRGD output is often low.
After ABA verification, the fault follows TPS54260.
Discovery of the failure process:
1. Connect the wiring harness and connect the emulator
2. Power on, the emulator flashes the program (the process is normal)
3. After the flashing is completed, power off, unplug the emulator, and power on again, the meter does not work (PWRGD is directly connected to the main chip reset, and the fault is often low, which causes the main chip to be in the RESET state)
