super capacitor
Our customers are designing super capacitor backup boards for their PLC products. They hope to simplify the design with integrated charging and protection (including balance) ICs. The backup board has an input voltage of 5V and an output voltage of 4.8V, using four 2.7V super capacitors in series. They put forward these needs:
- Standalone;
- Support balance function;
- Support 4 capacitors in series;
- Full charge indication;
- Input over-voltage protection;
- Input current limit;
- It is better (not necessary) to report an error when charging for a long time and cannot be charged.
