TPS55288: Date code marking

Part Number: TPS55288

How can the date code of the TPS55288 can be decoded? I have two chips and would like to know the difference.

One is marked: 55288/TI 068/A1P3 and the other one: 55288/TI 118/AGS9

Hi Michael,

Use 068/A1P3 as example:

06: year-month code, which mean these materials were built in June,2020.

8 and A1P3 represents the AT site and LTC.

AT means assembly and Test.
