Adam: There is a miscommunication here.
The root cause of Turn Off failure is still unsolved and we do not understand why the lower GaN,the controller, the Isolator, the upper GaN all would fail.
Could this be coming from a transient on the AC-DC filter?
Pl see our damped input filter used in the test fixture.
Appreciate any comment on this problem.
