Customer encountered problem when using the GCP tool using this IC, details below
"I have successfully used your online GPC tool before. I am currently trying to get a battery profile of a single-cell lead-acid battery and I am getting an Error response from your tool:
Error: Computation was not successful, but the specific reason was not identified.
Please check that all files are prepared according to the documentation.
The support personnel have been informed
Please find my .zip folder attached. Could you please take a look and come back to me with further information on what I am doing wrong?
