Hi Kazuto,

Sorry we don't this kind of data.

LM25183 works at Boundary conduction mode (BCM) at heavy loads, so less current stress at turn on.

The leakage inductor will cause voltage spike at turn-off, so customer need to pay more attention on voltage rating, SOA is not so critical here.
