TPS23861: Program address by i2cset command

According to page above

I try to change TPS23861  AUTO bit to "0"  ,address still 0x20,0x28

there are two TPS23861 ,one A3 pin is grounding ,anther is floating

command used:

i2cset 0x30 0xaa 0x40

i2cset 0x40 0x11 0x20  <-- return fail message

what's the correct processes?
