Hi Mark,

Most of these specs are in the datasheet - Θja, Θjc, max operating junction temperature are specified. Power dissipation max is not specified because it depends on the ambient operating conditions, and max ambient temperature is not specified because it depends on the power dissipation in a given application. This leaves Ψjt, which will require a thermal model to produce, and will take 2-3 weeks. Is that something you would be interested in?
