Driver for 10.8V @2.8A

I have 3 LED from Seoul Semiconductor.

 

Each led works with 3.6V and 2.8A. I need a driver to use on all 3 leds in serie.... So, I need a driver capable of a output of 10.8V@2.8A.

 

My input is between 11.5V and 13.8V.
