The LMZ31520 is a pin to pin compatible, lower current, version of the LMZ31530. These unfortunately are the two pin to pin versions of this part if that is a requirement of the device swap.

If it is possible to change the footprint of the device or go from a module based solution to a converter based solution (no integrated inductor)? If so, I can make some additional recommendations as well. 

Regarding a power module based solution, I would recommend the TPSM41625 or the TPSM846C23 depending on the needs of the application. 

For a converter based solution, I may recommend the TPS543C20, TPS548B22, or the TPS546D24 depending on the needs of the application. 

In order to provide the lowest standby current recommendation, I would please ask for more details regarding your application if you may provide them.
