If I only use one operational amplifier in TL494, how should I connect the other one to avoid the impact on our circuit?

    Hello Alvin,

    The error amplifier outputs are diode connected, as shown here:

    So, if your application only requires a single error amplifier the unused amplifier must have it's output biased low: ground the (+) pin and bias the (-) pin to a low voltage (100-200mV) using a resistor divider to VREF.
