I have a similar circuit, but the input voltage is 1.5 V, output 1.0 V, bias 3.3 V.
The PG pin is pulled up to 1.5 V through 5 k resistor.
The first TPS works (1.0V output), but the level on its PG pin is only 0.6 V. So the second TPS is off (0.6 V on it's EN).
Why is the PG voltage level so low?
