Customer is asking the dimension as purple color highlighted.

Hi Paul,

I checked with product team that we would not provide this spec. Do you know why customer care about it? I think this width is not important when drawing the soldering paste of thermal pad.

Customer just want to build symbol for company internal approval purpose.

So is there any theory dimension can share with customer? if this width is not important.

Hi Paul,

You can take it as 0.2 max, and noted this spec may vary large.
