TPS3899: Rise time of /RESET on TPS3899-DL (Open Drain)

Hi,

On TPS3899-DL (Open Drain) device, could you please let us know the rise time on /RESET pin with typical pull-up (10k-ohm?) ?

Also, could you please take the waveform during rising on /RESET pin on EVM?

My customer requests it to judge adding schmitt-trigger buffer. We understand rising time is depend on external components. But he wants to refer data. Please support us.

Hi Hattori-san,

Below are two rise time results for the TPS3899DL. One graph has VDD set at 3.3V and the other is set at 5V. The time measurement was done at 10% and 90% of /RESET voltage. Please let me know if you have any questions.

VDD = 3.3V

VDD = 5V
