LM4040QCEM3-2.5/NOPB, the marking size is different.

The parts that have "R2C" as the top marking is the correct parts (LM4040QCEM3-2.5/NOPB).  The parts with "9C4" and "12T" are not LM4040QCEM3-2.5/NOPB.  

Just to let you know, at ti.com, we have a tool where you can enter the top mark letters.  The link is:

I will get back to you regarding the different font size of the top marking.

Can I ask if these two "R2C" parts came from different reels?  Can you provide me a photos of both reel labels?  Also, are you sure the parts were procured from TI or from an authorized TI Distributor?

yes, it's from different reel. I have label picture of the larger R2C, please check.

According to the packaging team, the larger font size was done to help improve the recognition of their vision system inspection.  I hope this answers your question.
