TPS53627: Protocol ID

Dear Teams,

My customer wants to change from TPS53626 to TPS53627. However, they found found TPS53627 could not power up their CPU: Intel's C3758. Intel's response is: If customer want to used 10mV step size power supply solution, they should contact with TI whether protocol ID can be modified in the GUI, or the protocol ID will be locked in the silicon? Also, customer is wondering whether they can used TPS53627 and TPS53625 for their Intel CPU C3758?
