Hi,

"G4" was used to distinguish between "Lead Free". Now both part numbers are "Lead Free" so G4 is no longer needed but it is kept for convenience for those customers who have been using "G4" when making re-order.

Thanks for your clarification. My customer is facing the shortage risk of UCC2808AQDR-2Q1, they are searching for a replacement, no need to be pin-to-pin compatible, do you have any recommended automotive qualified device? Thank you.

Hi,

Another push-pull is LM25037.

But, if you do not need pin-to-pin compatible, all half-bridge controllers can be your options, and not necessary only from push-pull.
