Hi,

Most of our newer IC has a minimum voltage of 1V, you may need to use another step down converter to use the following ICs with very good EMI mitigation features.

Another good one would be

It has spread spectrum, and other EMI mitigaton features such as RBOOT to slow down SW node rising edge

It also has integrated input bypass capacitor which would be beneficial for EMI at higher frequency.

This one is non synchronous, therefore lower efficiency but it has spread spectrum option for EMI mitigation features.
