My customer want to know the specification of REG113EA-3.3/2K5 ,

but datasheet doesn't show that.

could you provide the ESD of REG113EA-3.3/2K5  information to me?

    This information of ESD will not show in the datasheet? or just because TI doesn't test that?

    I'm still researching this, however this datasheet has not been significantly revised in some time. Our newer datasheets show the ESD certification but I'm unsure if this was common practice for the Burr Brown datasheets.  Give me some additional time to look into this, and I should have something for you in a few business days.

    We have checked our internal archives for this information.  We inherited this component from Burr Brown and it is a ~25 year old component.  Our archives do not contain information regarding ESD of these old Burr Brown components.

    If we can suggest a more modern component for the customer to use, please provide a set of key requirements.

    Unless the business case is large enough, we will be unable to perform ESD testing on older devices such as this.  (But if you think the business case is large enough, please let us know so we can discuss it with leadership).  All of our modern LDO's come with ESD testing and our modern datasheets do list the types of tests complete.  There are plenty of options for a 3.3V output that the customer can consider - see the list below.
