3.3V to -3.3V with 1.5A output current solution

Could you help give a solution for this application?

• Vin=3.3V
• Vout=-3.3V
• Iout=1.5A
• Small-size solution

I first think of two devices: TPSM82130 and TPS566238, but

• TPSM82130 output current is less than 1A under 3.3V to -3.3V condition.
• TPS566238 fsw is only 600kHz, which cause a large total solution size.

Could you help give you comments on this opportunity? Thank you.
