LM27313: simulation issue

Dear team,

I am using LM27313, my input DC voltage is 3v to 9v and designed output voltage is 12V. Max load current drawing is 200mA.

As shown in the below schematic I am using 2 input battery source in series configuration for my application, but upper battery source using as a input for LM27313. Here, I am not able get 12V output in simulation.

please help me how to solve?? And what is wrong here?

Hi Santhosh,

Could you try removing the V2. So that the IC GND pin voltage level is 0V.

Hello,

I can"t remove V2 source. Is there any issue because of V2 ?

I have few IC failure in product.

Hi Santhosh,

I suspect in the Pspice model, the GND pin must connects to 0V level.

If you put a V2 20V at GND pin, the simulation model is stuck.

If you just want a simulation result, I suggest you remove the V2.

Yes. If i remove V2, simulation results are fine, getting expected output.

But, Is there any chance of LM27313 failure because of V2 ??

Hi Santhosh,

In the LM27313 model, the GND pin must connects to 0V level. So please continue removing V2 in the simulation.
