UCC28600D do not provide the required output voltage. It can be seen from the oscillograms that the chip from the new batch does not work as it should: it does not stabilize the output power and does not hold the load. Without load, the output is quite large ripple, about 3V. When the load is connected, the voltage fluctuates even more, the voltage drop is up to 7.3V.
