failed to download firmware in USB_TO_GPIO adapter

Hi TI help

I am evaluating the bq78PL116EVM Evaluation Module.

I need to update the USB_TO_GPIO firmware, but this doesn't work with the USB_TO_GPIO firmware loader (it can't find the device)

By using the USB SAA GUI software I got the firmware version of my USB_TO_GPIO adapter = 1.0.1

I have tried to download the hex file "usb_dpw_v1.0.10.bin" using the USB SAA GUI tool , but it declares the hex file as corrupted.

My PC runs XP / 32 bits and the USB adapter led is lighted.

How can I download a new firmware in this USB_TO_GPIO adapter ?
