For TPS65400, our application is as follows: it is not necessary to go to HOST for power-on configuration, and then Vout1 is enabled by the input power supply, and then Vout1 is enabled for SW2. In this way, the power-on timing is controlled by hardware. Think about my above configuration, and those pins need to be specially configured; Explain that the chip docked by PMIC here is Zynq7000 series.
