LM2675: Could you tell me the minimum value that will not cause product damage?

My customer has the questions as follow:

Minimum value of LM2675MX's Supply voltage is 6.5V in Recommended Operating Conditions.
But there's no minimum value of LM2675MX's Supply voltage in Absolute Maximum Ratings.
Could you tell me the minimum value that will not cause product damage?

In the datasheet of LM2675, Tab7.1 and Tab 7.3 has provided MAX supply voltage.

We recommend supply voltage no higher than 40V.
