    MJ,

    BQ25890 should be the closest. The key differences are 1) OTG bit is enabled by default for BQ25895 while disabled by default for BQ25890. 2) In OTG mode, Q1 is off for BQ25895 (only PMID is OTG output) while Q1 is on for BQ25890 (both PMID and VBUS are OTG outputs).
