TPS51100: deviation range when Vref＝0.600V

Hi Team,

From this e2e thread, TPS51100 is able to used for DDR4 application so customer wants to use it for DDR4.

Customer wants to know the tolerance when Vref＝0.600V, which means the deviation range from 0.6V.

Could you help with this question?

Technically speaking, there is not a provided tolerance in he datasheet for the DDR4 voltage because this device (2004) predates the DDR4 standard (2005, released in 2014).

I am inclined to believe that the spec for 0.6V would be similar to the spec for 0.75V; I can confirm this on the bench and get back to you by tomorrow afternoon.

Thank your for the help.

We understood TPS51100 can also support DDR4.

Customer is asking do we have plan to add such as "TPS51100 supports DDR4" in datasheet?

Customer still have concern if this is not mentioned in datasheet.

We see TPS51116 datasheet, which is same release year(2004) as TPS51100, says it supports DDR4.
