1. Up to what ambient temperature can I use this component TPSM8A29 if I use a Heat Sink ?
In mode VIN = 12 V , Vout = 0.85 , Iload = 8 A
The specification does not include in datasheet to calculate this .
2. According to your experiment you received on the component 82.5 C with a current consumption of 15 A at a temperature of 25 C, what temperature will develop on the component under the same conditions with a current consumption of 8 A , VIN = 12 V , VOUT = 0.85V ?
