Does TI have a P2P solution like Si8273BB-IS1?  spec must be same or upgraded. thx

    Hi Jimmy,

    Our most compatible P2P solutions for the Si8273BB are:

    • UCC21520 - Almost P2P, it has disable pin instead of Enable. It has programmable dead time control. The package is wider, supports higher isolation voltage 5.7kVrms.
    • UCC21521 - Is P2P but without the Q100 qualification. It has a wider package.
    • UCC21530 - Greater channel to channel spacing because 2 pins are removed. Is P2P, has enable pin and dead time. The package is wider, supports higher isolation voltage 5.7kVrms.
    • UCC21222 or UCC21220- Almost P2P, has disable pin. These are the only dual channel drivers in a 16-NB package.
    • UCC21540 - Almost P2P, similar to the UCC21520 and UCC21530, more flexibility and has disable pin only.
