I look for e-fuse for below requirements. What part will be best solution for the requirements?
- Input voltage: 18V(must), 24V(nice to support)
- Max current: 6A(must)
- Circuit breaker(high priority)
- Latch off(high priority)
- Reverse current blocking(high priority)
- OVP and UVP(high priority)
- Reverse polarity protection(nice to have)
I think TPS25947 will best fit to the requirements but please suggest me other devices if there are good candidates.
Regarding TPS25947, according to datasheet we can set Ilim up to 6A, but datasheet says also the device is 5.5A capability.
Does this mean we cannot use the device with condition of >5.5A continuous current?
We may be able to separate it into 5A path and 1A path, so if 6A is not recommended I will consider to use two devices.
