Dice-K,

The data sheet has the ESD HBM and CDM parameters entered incorrect. The typo showed ESD values of ±500V/±1kV and the corrected values are ±1V/±3kV as shown in the present data sheet. The typo was corrected to assure the UCC12040 and UCC12050 have the same ESD values,
