LM5088: vout drop issue

Part Number: LM5088

Hi

LM5088Parameter setting.pdf

The attachment is the currently set parameter, and the handwritten part on the right is the actual value. The left side of the figure below shows the no-load voltage output and HG waveform, the probe CH1 is OUTPUT, CH2 is the HG pin

The right of the figure below shows the waveform change connected to 10R (about 4A). The original DC 40V voltage will reduce the output. Please suggest how to adjust?

  • Hello Gareth

    Please check these items one-by-one.

    • Make it sure Rs value is 1.43mOhm
    • If the Rs value is right, then please try to add a RC filter at CS-CSG
    • CS-CSG traces should be kelvin-connected to the Rs resistor.
