BQ769142: Default parameters cannot be displayed and modified

Hi Team,

The customer now has the following issue:

The BQ769142 communicates well with the bqstudio but does not show the default parameters and the red below indicates "CRC error detected in block read from device using I2CCRC":

And the Communications protocol cannot be modified:
