What is the input capacitance of the GaN FET? Datasheet doesn't specify this parameter. I want to calculate total gate driver loss at different frequencies.

Hi Shaury,

For the gate drive loss calculation please use a total gate charge Qg of 43 nC, and a Vg of -14 V.

You can then use the total gate drive loss equation: P_gate = Vg*Qg*f_sw.
