LMR16006Y-Q1: PWM signal applied in SHDN pin

Hi Expert,

Our customer wants to achieve PWM output with LMR16006Y-Q1. Is it possible to apply a PWM signal on the SHDN pin?

    hi, Elec,

    Please consider the HL level should meet the VEN_L VEN_H spec, and frequency should not be very fast, because LMR16006 have a internal soft-start time. but the DC/DC output may not like a "PWM signal " as we thought to be.  Figure 10 and 11 in datasheet for  reference notice the power on/off time waveform.

    So LMR16006Y-Q1 is not recommend. please consider a power amplifier for your application.
