hi Teams:

The customer is looking for a PMU. The requirements are as follows. Please help recommend it.

Input voltage 3.3V, output 4 channels, VSP 5.5V 60mA, VSN - 5.5V 50mA, VGH 18.5v less than 10mA. VGL - 11.5V less than 10mA

Hello Kevin,

This application requires a bipolar source and gate supplies and we do not have one device that can accomplish that but we do have TPS65131 that can be used with external discrete charge to generate these four rails. Please see TI design at link below for an example of such application.

Hello Kevin,

I reviewed the schematics and TPS65131 section looks good. For charge pump stages, overall topology looks correct but customer is using one extra stage for both positive and negative charge pumps as compared to reference design as well as slightly different regulation circuit. This should be ok but needs to be thoroughly validated once board come in.
