I have a question about the abs. max and recommended Tj and Ta of TPS768 and TPS768-Q1.
In the datasheet of TPS768, I can see the abs. max Tj = -40 to 125C, recommended Tj = -40 to 125C.
In the datasheet of TPS768-Q1, I can see the abs. max Tj = -40 to 150C, recommended Ta = -40 to 125C.
Additionally, the datasheet of TPS768 (above) and TPS768-Q1 (middle and bottom) say the same thing.
So I am confusing now.
1. Why are the abs max Tj and recommended Tj same on TPS768?
2. What are the Abs max Tj and Ta and Recommended Tj and Ta for each TPS768 and TPS768-Q1?
Are there any differences?
