Hi,

I use a TPS62125 in a design in inverting configuration for low consumption usage (4 mA max).

The inverted voltage have to be able to reach -9.4V with a Vin at 3.3V.

Our design well work till now but there is a shortage on the TPS62125DSG.

So I saw that TPS621260 and TPS621270 could be used as equivalency for TPS62125.
Could you confort me in this affirmation?

As on our design 4th pin Hysteresis is left unconnected, could AGND of TPS621260 and TPS621270 also be left unconnected or do we have to tie a strap?

Hi Romain,

You can use TPS62160 or TPS62170. But pin4 must connect to thermal pad.
