Hi,

The datasheet of LM5145 specifies typical sourcing and sinking current capability of the internal gate driver. What would be the minimum value of these parameters?

Hi Priya,

The typical value means the driver could source or sink current up to this value so the MOSFET could switch quicker. Any value smaller than this is also acceptable.

Priya,

In this case you could take 2.3A sourcing, 3.5A sinking as the maximum capability. Meanwhile, you can refer to this APP note as additional reference:Understanding Peak Source and Sink Current Parameters.
