TPS7A16-Q1: Which Package Drawing

Hi team,

For TPS7A16-Q1, there are two package drawings, DGN0008C and DGN0008B - which package drawing the device is using? I notice the thermal pads in the two drawings are different in size.

    Hi PY,

    This device is sourced from multiple A/T sites, and they each have their own lead frame vendor. Unfortunately it is not in the control of the customer to select which exact package they get, so to accommodate either DGN package it is recommended to use the landing pad for the larger thermal pad (DGN0008B).
