Hi Gareth,

In addition to the LM5145/6, you might also consider the LM5143 in a two-phase solution (10A/phase). A peak current-mode controller will be easier to compensate across that VOUT range (relative to a voltage-mode controller). The FB reference voltage of the LM5143 is 0.6V.
