Hi Team,

We have received further inquiries from our customer related to the other E2E thread. According to our customer,

Can you give in detail the startup threshold.


I measured this from demoboard. Vin slowly increased to 8.6V before soft start switching occurred.

Is the 1.25V threshold of the UVLO also the threshold for start of turn on?

What is the bypass switch 8.7Vin threshold for?

    Hi Danilo,

    Yes, the 1.25V is the threshold for the VCC regulator to start, and it also controls the bypass switch turn-on. It is also for start of turn-on,  The 8.7V threshold will disable the bypass switch, leaving the 7V regulator to produce an regulated VCC at higher VIN.
